A designated Project Manager who routinely inspects the work
An on-site foreman
A fluid schedule that is created and updated so you can notify tenants and occupants who may have their day interrupted
Open communication channels if there are questions or changes that require immediate attention
A punch walk with the Project Manager to review workmanship and address any concerns
A final report with pictures illustrating the work completed
