Dan has Managed Weathershield since 2006 with Safety, Quality & Service as its major tenets.  Prior to joining Weathershield Dan served as Director of Strategic Planning / Mergers and Acquisitions for a NYSE Housing Company.  Dan is a licensed Builder and Graduate from The University of Michigan.

Eric George

Eric has held many different positions at Weathershield including sales, project management and estimator since joining the company in 2002. His extensive knowledge in all facets of the business allows him to routinely provide support and training for the Weathershield Staff. Eric took the lead in starting the Chicagoland location in 2006 and with the help of dedicated team members has established Weathershield as one of the premier sealant contractors in the industry. He is passionate about improving all facets of the operation to provide clients with an exceptional experience when working with Weathershield.

Outside of work Eric enjoys fishing, all types of sports and outdoor activities, Ohio State Football, and spending time with his wife (Michele) and two children (Emma and Max).

Tim joined Weathershield in 2023 and has over 2 decades of experience in the facility services industry. His experience will help drive opportunity and growth for Weathershield. He strongly believes one of the biggest keys to success is making a positive impact on the lives of teammates and customers. He’s passionate about building great leaders, strong relationships and has a track record of delivering exceptional results for both. When he’s not at work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and
two children Nate and Cade. Together they enjoy most activities the outdoors has to offer, camping, hunting, fishing, any venue with live music and sporting events.

David Cook joined Weathershield in February of 2020.  David is an analytical and results-focused Director of Operations with 15+ years of experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences.  He also brings a top performing sales background with him consistently exceeding goals and expectations.  David is a leader who is passionate about developing team members into high-achieving professionals.

Outside of the office you can usually find David on the ice rink playing hockey, or on the golf course.  David also likes to travel to a sunny beach and get away with his wife and three children.

Matt Hester

Matt is the Supervisor and Manager of our Detroit division.  He oversees and specializes in all operations of Masonry Cleaning, Caulking and Insulation.  Matt has worked for Weathershield for over 15 years.  He began as a technician eager to learn a new trade.  With growing expertise and relationships in the industry he became our Operations Manager.  Matt is accomplished in establishing and growing our insulation division.  He is also a member of our corporate management team responsible for critical functions and decision making of overall business operations.  His strong personal and long-lasting relationships with our customers give them quality and security they value and trust.  Matt enjoys vacationing and attending concerts with his wife and two daughters.

Robert Barnes joined Weathershield in January of 2010, bringing with him over 12 years of sales experience. Robert is committed to building lasting & valuable relationships with clients by consistently providing the value & services that keeps Weathershield in the forefront of our industry. Robert is active in many industry associations including BOMA Suburban, CAI and ABOMA.

In his spare time Rob loves to spend time with family, listen to music, watch sporting events and attending concerts. Rob is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.

Randy has been with Weathershield for 8 years. He is a proud company man. He comes from a strong background in construction. He has experience is everything from pouring basements to roofing. He has a strong eye for detail and a wonderful work ethic. Randy inspects insulation job sites to ensure the best quality of workmanship.  Randy manages our commercial insulation projects.  He helps hand on in the field solving problems and assuring professional results.  In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling his home and spending time with his two daughters and wife.

Melissa Cremeans

Melissa has 10 years’ experience in accounts receivable. She has worked in the construction industry for 8 years. Her previous work experience is in Manufacturing, Roofing and HVAC.

She joined the Weathershield team recently as our Production Manager. Melissa manages our production field technicians. She is also responsible for scheduling, billing and customer service for this division. She brings unsurpassed organizational skills and the ability to treat each project with and equal sense of pride and importance no matter the size.

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, son and daughter. She loves to snowmobile, read and spend time outdoors.

Peggy Glenn

Peggy Glenn joined the Weathershield team in early 2018 and brought with her 28 years of sales and business development expertise. She focuses on the owner direct, commercial construction and property management and multifamily/Condo markets. Peggy’s an avid networker and is a member of numerous industry associations including CAI, BOMA, IFMA, ICSC and CAA.

Family and philanthropy are important to Peggy. She enjoys doting on her five grandchildren and supporting charities such as Closer to the Heart, Make -A- Wish and City of Hope. When she was crowned Mrs. Illinois in 1996 she was honored to receive the National Community Service award.

Angela has over 20 years’ experience in construction accounting and management.  She began working for Weathershield in 2011 as an Accounts Receivable Manager.  She has since taken on the crucial roles of Corporate Manager and Financial Controller.  Angela’s contributions to Weathershield do not end with the financial reporting and budgeting as she wears many hats to meet the needs of our growing company.  She also manages and oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR, IT, Insurance and Safety.  She is a dedicated problem solver that looks for innovative and leading-edge ways to improve company procedures and standards.  In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, reading, and volunteering in the community.

Debra comes to Weathershield with a strong background in Office Management, having owned a construction company for 20 years. Previously, she has managed offices at an architectural design/build company and a law firm.Here at Weathershield, she manages our Chicago office.She is responsible for all administrative operations,including AP/AR, payroll, contract processing, drawrequests, and human resources. Debra is dedicated to creating new standards for growth and opportunity. She works alongside our sales team providing critical support, new ideas, and lasting strong customer relations. In her personal life she enjoys being the mother of 3 grown children and one new grandson.She also has a passion for decorating/home improvement projects.

In his spare time Andrew is an enthusiastic sports fan, loves to travel, and spending his spare time with his family.

Mike started as a fiberglass installer over 20 Years ago. Mike is our expert installer. He leads crews on the most complex insulation installs. He provides specialized workmanship for the most unique architectural designs. Mike’s hard work and eye for design makes him an outstanding team leader and project manager. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He has a love for good food and music.

Josh began working with Weathershield in 2007, climbing the ranks from field technician to project manager with nothing except a superb desire to do the very best every day. During his career as a project manager, Josh has shown a prodigious ability to work closely, and effectively with teammates and customers alike. Josh possesses an unwavering desire to complete every project with top-notch quality while also delivering a first-class client experience. Customer satisfaction, from project conception to final inspection, is priority #1 with this spirited and resourceful construction field commander.

Taking every opportunity available, Josh enjoys “antiquing” with his wife. Friday nights are reserved for his two sons and Magic The Gathering tournaments at the local card shop. Despite a strong desire Josh is still not good enough for the pro tour yet.

Working for Weathershield for over 10 years, Andy is our insulation expert. His past experience includes carpentry, HVAC, caulking and weatherization. With extensive construction background of over 20 years, Andy brings knowledge to quote projects to the highest of industry standards. He uses the latest technology and equipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction. Andy manages our insulation inventory ordering materials and keeping our warehouse stocked and ready for any size project. When he’s not working Andy enjoys hiking, outdoor concerts and cooking

David in his free time likes to spend time with his family and friends, walk his dog or work on various projects in his garage.

Amy has worked for Weathershield since 2002. She’s worked at 3 different locations and filled many important administrative roles throughout her career with us. She started as an administrative assistant processing paperwork and is now part of our corporate management team. She oversees our Detroit insulation department, billing, and payroll.

Amy Schedules insulation work from permitting to finish. She works closely with customer field supervisors and our Operations team to insure timely and quality work. Amy enjoys spending time on many of Michigan’s lakes boating with her 3 daughters and husband. She’s an animal lover with 2 dogs that keep her busy in her free time.

Chris Rush has been an Estimator at Weathershield since 2013. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and came to Weathershield with 12 years of extensive experience in the construction industry,Chris provides a strong work ethic, positive attitude and strives to provide excellent customer service.

Problem solving and strong communication skills are attributes that allow Chris to service his customers well. Outside the office, Chris is an avid Chicago sports fan, enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Tom Jarrett joined Weathershield in 2023 after owning his own home renovation business. A computer science graduate of Illinois State University, he worked in the banking and finance industry for 15 years specializing in financial underwriting and credit review. Proud Navy Veteran who spent time in the Middle East deployed on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Nimitz CVN-68. He is passionate about improving all facets of the operation to provide clients with an exceptional experience working with Weathershield.

Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs at home, following Chicago Sports, and taking his motorcycle out to the country.

Derek joined Weathershield in December 2023 bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in property management. His tenure in the industry has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by property managers, board members, and building owners every single day. Derek is known for his collaborative approach and strong communication skills which he leverages to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Derek lives in Naperville with his wife, Annie, and two sons, Nick and Mike. They most often can be found on a ball field whether it be baseball, soccer, football, or a number of other sports.

Jason Paoli spearheads client relations and expansion efforts for Weathershield across the vibrant landscape of the Chicagoland Area. His role encompasses nurturing existing client partnerships while cultivating new ones. Jason’s collaborative approach extends to working closely with sales and project management teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives. Moreover, he orchestrates strategic growth initiatives to fortify the company’s competitive edge in the industry.

With a robust background spanning 10 years in commercial property management, Jason brings a wealth of experience to his role. His professional journey includes tenure at esteemed firms such as CBRE, Hiffman, Colliers International, and Sterling Bay. Notably, he served as a Regional Business Development Manager for a Building Envelope and Concrete Restoration Contractor, honing his expertise in strategic business expansion.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason finds fulfillment in his roles as a husband and father. Currently navigating the joys of parenthood with a 15-month-old daughter, Jason and his family eagerly anticipate the arrival of baby #2 in September 2024. In his leisure time, Jason indulges his passion for sports, particularly as an passionate supporter of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears. He finds solace and rejuvenation in basketball games, lifting and nature hikes alike.

Jacob values a proactive approach and developing systems to ensure a quality product and exceptional experience are always delivered.

Outside of work Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor and daughter Thea, anything outdoors or fitness related, all types of sports, and training Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Shelley is a Project Coordinator at Weathershield with over 30 years of experience in office relations. She is passionate about getting the job done and utilizes superior organizational skills to provide support to the operations team. A dedicated customer service professional, she thrives in building strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving, consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service experiences. Shelley has also worked with operations in a snow removal and paving setting for 10 years and truly enjoys making processes work like a well-oiled machine. When not working, she relaxes making crafts with her crafting machine and being outdoors as much as possible.
